Surfing For Stress Reliever?
Robert asks…If you have pain on your body and you apply ice or a pain reliever, shouldn't the pain go away?I have a throbbing pain in my left knee ligament area. It's been happening almost all day. I did not do anything to stress out the area and have not ever had any injury there in past. Anyway, right now, I put some biofreeze on it and also ice on it. I want to know if the pain should go away with the application of the pain reliever and ice--shouldn't ice at least numb the spot so
