Surfing For Stress Release?
Susan asks…Can I refuse to sign a release form to remove my name from a business partnership?My business partner wants the pet sitting business for herself. That is fine with me but she wants my half without giving me any compensation for my half. We did not have a written agreement, just both our names on the partnership filing to the IRS.
