Surfing For Stress Relief?
Richard asks…Single mother stress PLS HELP?Ok im a 23 year old mother of a soon 2 be 5 year old son my son is great...but lately i just really stress out just basically about everything i just go laid off my job..I dont want 2 show my son how stress i am bcuz then he will start acting up i normally do alot wit him during the day but lately i havent been doin nothing wit but just brush him away so what are sum good stress relief things i can do 2 stop being so stress out n givin my son is
