Surfing For Stress Relief?
Thomas asks…Are SSRI's (Celexa, etc.) classified as sedatives?I think they are. I am on Celexa, and whenever I have coffee or the least amount of caffeine it totally wacks out my system. (AKA ingesting stimulant when drug is a sedative = not good). HOWEVER< i'm thinking about taking Indian ginseng for energy/stress relief, but am advised NOT to take it if I"m also taking a sedative.
