Michael asks…Is it dangerous for me to run trails by myself?I'm 22 years old. I live in a small rural town where nothing ever happens, crime-wise, except drugs. I like to do my runs alone because it's my stress relief time. It's peaceful.
Where I go is secluded, especially in winter. I do have my cell on me always.
