Maria asks…What is the best exercise to build chest muscle and reduce the spare tire?I am 38 yrs old and in decent shape. I have been doing a lot of push ups and that is showing great visible results, but I really need to attack my spare tire and maybe move my chest focus to the upper and outside chest.
