Linda asks…How do I get muscle definition?I'm an 18 year old girl, I go to the gym about 5-6 times a week. I weigh 125 lbs. I get about 10 minutes of cardio a day, and I alternate muscle groups such as abdomen, chest, legs, and bi/tri. My diet consists of lots of fruits and proteins.
