Surfing For Stress Reliever?
Daniel asks…Stress reliever?I've had the worst two days of my life. My mom's mad at my aunt. my grandma just got eye surgery and is staying (taking over) in my room. My grandpa (other side) just got in a car accident. Someone very close to me died of a sudden heart attack yesterday. I've been deprived of sleep since friday. I'm an emotional wreck right now and my parents won't let me see my boyfriend through all of this. Any advice on stress relief, or handling my head aches and dealing with
