Surfing For Stress Relief?
Linda asks…What beverages are good to mix kava kava tincture in?I have found that even small doses of kava kava tincture in water are horribly bitter (as compared to say, Yogi Tea's Kava stress relief, which was very pleasant). Does anyone have any suggestions what to mix the tincture in to improve the flavor?
