Should I get a weighted football?I recently went to a football camp and at it the instructor gave us a workout sheet for a weighted football that is designed to build arm and shoulder strength and quicken my release. I like this because after all a release can never be too quick. He stresses that we only occasionally use a weighted football for the drills he prescribed. But some of these football are as much as 4 lbs! I am thinking about getting a weighted football
