Surfing For Physics Formulas For Power?

John asks…How do I find the Power of this physics problem?In many parts of the world, bicycles are adapted as sources of mechanical energy. For example, two men in Malawi were able to lift, by pedaling, 4300 liters of water per hour through a rise of 9 m. What power did each man develop?

The Power formula is: P = F v cosΘ
Thank You!! Old Pilot and oldschool. I appreciate your help. :)Nancy answers:I would use a different method

Power = Energy/Time = Work / Time

Mass lifted = 4300 L * 1
