Joseph asks…a little Bench Press advice?I've read on sites and magazines(MuscleMag) saying if you wanna increase your bench press, you gotta train for speed. None really stated how it works. Only some just say that based on that physics formula, Force= mass x acceleration, you should train for speed to increase your overall force. It does sound logical though.
