Jenny asks…Most efficient way to lose weight from home?18 year old diabetic (type 2), 5 ft, 167 lbs. Is it possible to lose 47 lbs by October, or at least the end of the year? If so, can someone please give me a plan I could follow that will actually help me lose and tone up? Off the record, I want to keep my curves. :D My eating habit's not the problem, it's just the exercise. Also, I live in a dangerous area so I can't really walk outside. Advice is greatly appreciated!
