James asks…Can i get a good definition on my chest in 10 months time?I have been doing chest pressing , be it straight or inclined position and doing the pressing to a max of 140 lbs. on my last lift at 10 reps per set with 3 sets each...I saw that there was an improvement of my chest but not to the extent of having a more thicker one...Will I add more of the pound weights to improve or what?
