I work out every other day and I do 10 reps or more of squats, bicep curls, french press, calf raises, dead lift, and upright row every 5 to 10mins in a hour (monday, Wed, Friday, and Sunday) and the days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) I don't weight lift I use some resistance bands mixed
