Surfing For After Starting The Computer Shuts Off?

David asks…My computer takes several attempts to start up, and then shuts off after being left unattended.?When I start my computer, it will turn on and off before the BIOS shows up. Then if I leave it for too long unattended it will shut off. Upon turning it back on I get a black screen.
