Joseph asks…What should I have for my evening snack?Today I rode my bike for 40 minutes and lifted weights for an hour. I am a 17 year old female 5'2 and between 95-98 lbs. Yes, I realize I am underweight but I do not starve myself. I am trying to gain weight, but do not want to gain fat -- trying to gain muscle.
So far I have had 1150 calories. I realize I need to have more. I don't know how many, though.
So for my evening snack should I have..
1) cheese and crackers with deli turkey
