Lizzie asks…What are some healthy snacks for someone who is underweight, with joint pain and anemia?I am about 20 pounds underweight for my height and age. I also have joint pain and anemia. My doctor wants me to up my snacks between meals and he told me I need to avoid sugar, enriched/whitened flour and yeast. I need to eat protein, whole grains/whole wheats, rice and nuts.
