Surfing For When Dealing With Anxiety?

Sandy asks…Help dealing with anxiety and depression without medication?I'm just wondering your views on alternative options for dealing with anxiety and depression. Any thoughts or suggestions?Nancy answers:I'll reiterate a lot of what previous posters have offered:

1. Regular exercise has been shown to be highly effective in managing depression - walking is fine.

2. Eat a healthy diet - stay away from refined sugars, white flour, etc. Minimize caffeine consumption.
