Surfing For Physics Formulas For Force?

Lisa asks…What is a physics equation that is directly proportional?I know the formula Force = Mass x Acceleration is inversly proportional because to keep the force the same, if the mass increases the acceleration must decrease.
I just dont know a formula that shows direct proportion?

Please help!Nancy answers:You can take that formula and create a directly relationship formula

Change F = m x a to F/M = A

To keep acceleration the same, both force and mass need to increase by the same
