Donna asks…How can I add definition and detail to a muscle?Well I was wondering how I could do that, because I have some decent muscle size but Not alot of detail or definition I know lowering my body-fat will help i think I'm around 11% body-fat because my abs are visible but not very visible, It's mainly my thighs at the moment, I don't want them any bigger yet but I would like to try and add definition because they're just big, I heard that performing compound exercises with heavy weight
