Laura asks…How do I alter my dress/skirt pattern to make the hips smaller?My measurements are bust 37.5, waist 31.5 and hips 35.5 (I know, I have like no curves), but the dress/skirt pattern I just bought off ebay from the 60s measurements are bust 37, waist 31 and waist 39 which is much too big.
