Are there any exercises women can do that wont make us lose our curves but lose weight (& flatten the stomach)?Nancy answers:From what I have heard, is that when women most of all when they loose weight, it is there boobs, then there butt..that does suck, I would just work on my abs as much as possible, and look up diets (safe ones)
