Surfing For To Avoid An Accident?
Thomas asks…Can anyone tell me who owns or is responsible for the cables running in my garden (just above ground)?whilst gardening I found 5 cables runningalong a hedge and a fence and have no idea what they are and why there are 5 etc, I would like to have them removed or at least checked if they are still needed etc, I called the number that is given on a post for help when digging in the garden but apparently they only help you locate cables to avoid accidents when digging. also I spotted
