Surfing For When Dealing With Anxiety?
Joseph asks…Scared of being sick and having anxiety while on vacation?I'm 15 and I've dealt with anxiety on and off since I was in 5th grade. Recently I started having it again and it always has centered around throwing up. It has gotten better over the last month but is still there. I'm always worried that I will be sick and I will most likely be taking a trip for about a week over the summer. I've never had to travel when dealing with the anxiety before and I'm scared that I'll be sick
