Sandy asks…Will I lose weight doing this?I stretch and then run 1 mile at 3pm when I get home from school, about an hour later I do 50 sit ups + 1 for each day that has passed. Right after that I jump rope for 6-7 minutes straight, then take a 1-2 minutes break and jump rope again. I will slowly increase the length of my workouts as I progress.
