Surfing For Physics Formulas For Distance?

Lisa asks…Please help me with this physics velocity question!!!?You are planning a bicycle trip for which you want to average 24 km/hr. You cover the first half of the trip at an average speed of 21 km/hr. What must your average speed be in the second half of the trip to meet your goal?
I have no clue how to set this problem up! I know I'm supposed to use the formula ((distance=velocity times time)) but I'm still not sure how to do it! If you could help me that would be awesome! Thanks!Nancy
