Sandy asks…Is it better to lift weights fast or slow?I know this question can be perceived in different ways but lets assume fast being 1 rep per second while slow being 1 rep every 4 seconds. Oh we are talking about curls too.
I read so much information that I am not sure what's truth or not. Why one provided more strength and which one provides more definition.
Like when I think about it, faster reps requires more energy then slow reps (like a car driving at a higher speed) but I also hear
