William asks…Healthy ways to put on some womanly curves?I'd like to get away from the ultra-lean physique from years of gymnastics and graduate to a more womanly shape. Less healthy methods such as cutting out the aerobic exercise and eating junk food helped me gain some desired fat, but also led to fatigue, bad health/skin/mood and poor sleep, which outweighed any benefit.
