Surfing For To Lift In Italian?

Donald asks…Whats more effective to lose weight? Considering what im doing?I am 21, 199pnds, 6ft. Ive been working to get back in shape and Ive been running for about 30-45 minutes a day (5 times a week) in the morning, then lifting @ night around 5pm alternating days with upper body/lower body.

Ive also changed my eating plan completely. I dont eat out anymore, I dont drink soda, or sweetened drinks.

My average food intake looks like this:

Morning: Oatmeal w/raisins
Snack: Nuts or
