Surfing For When Dealing With A Client?
Richard asks…Job seeker I interviewed is extremely qualified but dropped the "n-word" during the interview?He is very qualified and has great recommendations. He wouldn't be dealing with clients so his language won't be an issue there. I have several black employees so if he is just constantly saying the n-word that could be an issue. Should I hire him and hope he doesn't say the n-word again or at least keeps it to a minimum? Should I talk to him about it before hiring him? Look for another
