Chris asks…can I sue my employer for unfair dismissal?I was sacked today for no reason other than my boss was not happy with my 'attitude' I literally went (within 5 minutes) from sitting at my desk doing work to cleaning out my desk and being escorted out...It still hasnt quite sunk in. It was entirely unexpected and wholly undeserved.
I was not givin any prior warning to my dismissal and was only aware there was an 'issue' with myself when my boss took me into his office to fire me.
