Surfing For To Lift Definition?

Lisa asks…How much and how frequently should i lift for muscle definition/toning?I try to work out during the week and was wanting to tone up a little bit. I was curious to know what would be the best weight for doing so, as well as how often should i lift, if there's any specific foods i should eat to aid in the process, how many reps would get the job done, and the rate at which i should lift.Nancy answers:It's all dependent on your body, but a good start would be to try to go to the gym
