Surfing For To Avoid An Accident?
Richard asks…I went off the road to avoid an accident I didnt hit the car and now im getting charged with an at fault accid?17 year old daughter went off the road to avoid this accident... I don't think she should be charged with an at fault?? I have court today i don't want her to lose her licenseNancy answers:I had the same thing happen in Maine! Its the states way of ripping you off more money! You have to pay to get it dropped to a no-fault! At least thats the way it is in Maine
