Laura asks…How much weight will i lose on average?Okay so i want to lose weight and i know it will be hard to tell how much weight i will lose but if you have a guess and suggestions that would be great!
I'm 5'11 14 years old and weigh 180.
Work out schedule :
Monday: Run to the gym ( 3 miles) weight lifting 8:00AM to 9:00AM ( squats with 50Lb and leg stuff plus arms basic lifting)
9:00 AM to 9:30AM basketball practice running and shooting,
Tuesday: Basketball practice 7:00AM to 8:30AM
