Carol asks…(guy)I'm strong and fit, but nipples are still sorta "puffy"? how long should I do HIIT and lift?I've been working out for a long time and my nipples are still normally a little puffy..but not in the "man-boob" range, and there isn't really that much definition of my muscles. How many days a week and for how long should I be doing high intensity cardio in order to burn the excess fat off and gain some definition? My diet is fine because I've always eaten healthy.
