Chris asks…Why do filipinos always use half white flips to represent their beauty?Why cant filipinos use full filipinos to represent how they truley look? If you look at many of The miss Philipines you will notice they are either HALF white or HALF latin or HALF spanish its Always HALF filipinos that win these Miss Philipines and NEVER full ones.
