Lizzie asks…Do I have a small claims case against GM Dealer service dept?I know anyone can sue. What I want to know is if I have a legitimate case and if I can win.
Facts:
-Took my truck to small, mom & pop GM dealer for repair. Truck would crank, but not start in wet weather. Truck would start if garaged, had been running recently or in dry, warm weather. I was very detailed in describing the issue.
