Surfing For To Lift Weights In French?

James asks…Do You think this is right?hi, i have started to lift weights about a week ago. i use only dumbbells for now because i just started. this is what i do:
Monday- Chest; Triceps; Shoulders

Bench Press- 50 lbs at 10 reps; 60 lbs at 8 reps; 70 lbs at 6 reps
French Press- 40 lbs at 10 reps; 45 lbs at 8 reps; 50 lbs at 6 reps
Flys- *Same as French
Military Press- 60 lbs at 10 reps; 65 lbs at 8 reps; 70 lbs at 6 reps

*Then what I do is start over, and add more weight at the same
