Surfing For To Lift Definition?

Jenny asks…I'm pretty strong but cant seem to get any definition, any lifts that do that. (mainly in my arms?Nancy answers:Two ways to get good definition:
1) Use heavy weights with very slow and controlled contractions, say you do 40lbs bicep curls, take about 3-5 seconds going up and 10 seconds going down, then switch it around.
2) Use light weights for multiple reps, this tends to focus on the smaller fibers and helps to give it a nice curve.
Try switching between the two for good
