Surfing For To Lift Definition?

Lizzie asks…How to get nice definition in my abs?I'm a 14 year old girl who has a slight two pack and a V but it's slightly noticeable. I want more definition for summer! How do I get way more definition but not too much? Any good exercises for me to do every day? Thanks!Nancy answers:Train them every other day for 5-10 mins
use weight resistance exercises if u can

do bicycle crunches
oblique cruches
leg lifts

do 4 sets each

an also eat a healthier diet... Less carbs an more
