Susan asks…Will this help me lose weight?So right now I'm 5'6, 17 years old, and weigh 162lbs. For a reason unknown to me, I am not that tone, but I still have some definition (I lift weights A LOT). I can max 360lbs on bench and 610 on leg press. I have a small layer of somewhat "squishy" fat. I was never overweight, so I'm positive it is not extra skin. I'm thinking this may be due to water retention, so I'm also going to try to decrease sodium intake.
