Surfing For To Avoid Any Doubt?
Nancy asks…Is it legal to take a picture of a woman's feet in public while in the state of CA?This is a personal hobby I'm into, and I'm not 'wierd' or anything like that, not do I try to get nudity shots. I haven't had any problems so far, but I'd like to avoid them. Again, I seriously doubt I'm breaking the law here, since it's just feet.
