Linda asks…How to lose weight- and keep it off?I'm so confused and have told so many things that brain just wants to back off and say never mind. I am 20 years old- have curves - and wear about 14 size in pants. - mind you I do have a waist and in portion- However I always have wanted to lose about 20-35lbs. I have tried working out (pilotes) but have been told by a couple of doctors that just working out won't make you lose a whole lot of weight. I been drinking more water, nuts and stuff
