Surfing For When Dealing With A Client?
George asks…Question for how to deal w/ clients?I'm a paralegal in a mid-size law firm. My attorney and I handle only workers' comp. Since the economy has gotten worse so has my job. The clients are horrible to deal w/ no matter how nice you try to be to them. It's never good enough. I'm the type of paralegal who returns calls promptly and gets my work down efficiently, however this is never good enough for them either.
