Surfing For When Dealing With An Upset Customer?
William asks…How do I deal with rude customers?When I was at work a while back, I was having a good shift, everything was fine then near the end I got this one guy that was being really rude to me. It upset me cause I'm not used to people being like that towards me. For the rest if my shift I found it hard to sound happy and cheerful. It just ruined he rest of the day. How do I take something like that and not let it bother me or take it personally? Any tips would be helpful for my future
