Surfing For To Lift Definition?

Donna asks…soreness after big lift?I benched 155lb 30 times for bench press, power cleaned 275 5 times and then did a group workout with 155 lbs. I feel very sore in my back, triceps, pecks, and thighs because of squats and squat clean and press. Does this mean I am about to get loads more muscle or Is it because i'm exhausted this is two days later, nothing is pulled I can still run and lift, i am just sore.Nancy answers:Muscle takes an extremely long time to build.
