barbell military presses
side lateral raises
barbell bent over rows
dead lifts
skull crushers
kickbacks
barbell biceps curl
hammer curls
thats only 9 exercises. About.com article for strength training compound movements say 8-10 exercises. I tried splitting them up, i felt like i wasn't even working out at all.Nancy
