Lisa asks…Release form not signed for auto injury claim?Hello all,
I am an insurance agent and recently paid out an insurance claim. The person has cashed the check, however, the release form he signed did not make it back to my office. I am afraid that he will come back and try to re-negotiate because he was never happy with the settlement offer to begin with. My dept head has yet to speak to me, but I am afraid. Can I lose my job over this? Also, what if the person comes back and asks
