Chris asks…lose weight but keep my curves?I really love my curves, but I want to lose weight in my arms, my stomach (I would really like it to be more tone!), and thighs. Is there anyway I can just tone and lose weight without lose the curves? right now I'm doing at least an hour of cardio a day and I'm trying not to consume more than 1200 calories a day. I'm only drinking drinks with zero calories as well (artificially sweetened tea, flavored water, and diet cokes)
